The bridge is a popular game and there are many online resources to help you start. Here is a brief overview of the absolute basic concepts of how to play the game of bridge cards, for full beginners.

The game is played by four players, working as two teams. A standard package of 52 cards is used and all the cards are treated for each player to have 13 cards. Each player orders his entertainment cards (blades, hearts, diamonds and clubs).

The goal of the game is to make “tricks”. Each round (or hand) begins with a player carrying a card. Each player has to follow the example (if he has a card in that example). The player who plays the highest card wins the trick for the association of him. If a player does not have a card in the played suit, they can discard a letter from another suit or, if the game is playing in “Trumps”, they can play a letter from the triumph suit. The player playing the highest win (if it is played more than one) wins the trick by the association of it.

There are two main elements to a bridge game, tender, or auction and then touching your hand.

The tender takes place before playing the hand. Players are not allowed to talk to each other, so the tender is a way of deciding whether you and your partner have enough “points” in your hand to take enough tricks to win your hand. Before the tender begins, each player tells the number of points in his hand count 4 for each ACE, 3 for each king, 2 for each queen and 1 for each connector.

The player to the left of the distributor begins the tender. If they have less than 12 points, “Pasan”. The game continues in the sense of clock needles until a player has 12 or more points and can open the offer. There are a total of 40 points, so if they are distributed uniformly, all players may pass. If this happens, the cards are reorganized and a new game is about.

The offer continues until 3 consecutive players have passed. The final offer decides the “contract”. There are two types of contract, a suit contract and a “non-Trumps” contract. If a suit contract has been an offer, then the suit becomes the trump suit. A non-triumph contract is played without the use of a trump suit.

The tender between the partners is said to be adapted to those who adapt to the cards and what range of points they have. In general, it is agreed that to make “game” in an important suit, the association must have at least 25 points. The game means that if your association wins the Round, you will get at least 100 points with your tricks. Nothing is qualified for the first 6 tricks, so an objective of the tender is to decide whether it has enough points to do more than six tricks.

Some examples are contracts are:

3 Swords: You are saying that you will do 9 tricks (6 plus the offer of 3) and want to wear swords like the triumph suit.

1 No Trump (NT): You are saying that you will do 7 tricks (6 plus 1 offer) and do not want to wear a trump suit.

The costumes are divided into main costumes (talks and hearts) and minor suits (diamonds and clubs). If you are playing in an important suit contract (for example, 2 hearts) you write down 30 points for each trick made above the 6 tricks. If you are playing in a minor costume contract (for example, 3 diamonds) scores 20 points for each trick done above 6, and if you are playing on any triumph, it scored 40 points for the first trick for 6 and 30 points Subsequent tricks.
